Located in the Foodhallen Rotterdam, near the Erasmus bridge you can find some delicious boa’s and dim sum. Bao’s are a type of steamed filled buns, and at Baomazing they serve two kinds: open bao’s, also known as Gua bao’s, and the traditional closed bao’s. Dim sum are small bite-sized portions of Chinese food, they have steamed as well as pan- or deep fried dim sum.
