The Loyalty Card is a stamp card system specially set up for CSA-EUR general members. With this new initiative, CSA-EUR hopes to be able to give back to the most active and loyal members. Through this system, general members can earn stamps through several action points, such as visiting our partners and joining CSA-EUR events. The stamps can be used to redeem exclusive rewards in the likes of vouchers and even free entries to our CSA-EUR events.
For the trial, some general members have been carefully selected and invited to get the chance to try out this system. During a period of two months, loyalty members can gather stamps and redeem rewards for their stamp card.
Three stamps can be redeemed for a goodie bag with exclusive CSA-EUR goodies such as notebooks, pens and key chains
Six stamps can be redeemed for a €5 voucher for one of the CSA-EUR partners that participate in this trial
Ten stamps can be redeemed for a free ticket to one of the CSA-EUR events of your choice (valid for events up to €15)
Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
How do I participate in the Loyalty Card Trial?
3. Only General Members with a valid General Membership card are entitled to a free Loyalty Card. To join our free Loyalty Card Trial, you must first sign up. Upon signing up, you will receive your personal Loyalty Card through the mail, including the instructions of how to add the Card to your digital phone wallet.
4. If you do not have your Loyalty Card and General Membership card with you, you will not be able to claim your stamp(s).
5. Upon completion of the action points found on the CSA-EUR website, if you present a valid Loyalty Card, one stamp will be awarded per completed action point.
6. To receive a stamp from the partner, you need to at least spend 5 euros.
7. You can receive up to one stamp per order.
How do I redeem my Rewards?
8. You are able to redeem rewards when you have reached either 3, 6, or 10 stamps, you will receive a notification each time in which you can choose to redeem the prize.
9. Rewards are not refundable.
10. ‘Event Vouchers’ can only be used once, spending it on an event that does not fully use up the voucher’s credit will still be fully redeemed.
11.‘Event Vouchers’ are allowed to be used on all flagship events, except for the Study Trip.
12. Your email address will be shared with Loyalbee.
13. Loyalty Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other compensation. You cannot sell or transfer your Loyalty Card to anyone else.
14. The Loyalty Card is valid from the 28th of February to the 30th of April 2022 and expires after these 2 months.
15. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our Loyalty Card Trial if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
16. We may discontinue our Loyalty Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at www.csa-eur.nl or by email.
17. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at www.csa-eur.nl. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Card Trial will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
