Shanghai
Shanghai, a city that breathes with the pulse of a thousand-year-old civilization and the energy of a modern metropolis, stands as a testament to China’s dynamic evolution. This vibrant global hub seamlessly weaves together the rich tapestry of its historical legacy, glittering skyscrapers, and bustling city life, inviting visitors to embark on a captivating journey through time and innovation.
Known as China’s electrifying megacity and cyberpunk utopia, Chongqing is truly a city like no other. With its dramatic hillsides adorned by neon city lights and sizzling hotpot that ignites the senses, Chongqing lures adventurers to navigate its maze of mountainous terrain and discover dynamic landscapes of both ancient and modern, immersing themselves in a city that defies conventions.

Step into Chengdu, where the scent of spicy peppers dances through the air, the relaxing tunes of traditional tea houses harmonize with the lively beats of local life, and the playful giant pandas call home. Chengdu warmly welcomes explorers to a sensory feast of both old and new, calm and energetic, but most definitely, spicy and sensational.
When Will It Take Place
Study Trip 2024 is set to occur from the 23rd of March to the 3rd of April.
Our initial destination is Shanghai, where we’ll spend the first part of the trip. Midway through, we’ll take a flight to Chengdu. Following our time in Chengdu, we’ll embark on a high-speed train journey from Chengdu to Chongqing and back. Lastly, we’ll fly back to Shanghai, where we’ll enjoy a few additional days before returning to the Netherlands.
Cost Information
The price for our Study Trip 2024 is €1199,- for general CSA-EUR members and €1299,- for non CSA-EUR members. This excellent price includes all the flight tickets, transportation between cities, accommodations throughout your stay, entrance tickets to various historic sights, participation in business with multiple companies, and cultural activities organized by CSA-EUR.
Please note that the costs of the visa are NOT INCLUDED in this price.
